Hello, I am a young veteran (27) who suffers from sleep apnea, asthma and bronchospams, I’ve been isolated for almost a month now and been healthy thankfully but if I were to get any symptoms will my CPAP help out or should Inhead straight to ER?

there is good chance that you CPAP will help relieve the symptoms to some degree. I would not recommend against it. But you should have a way to monitor your oxygen levels if you are doing that. As soon as they are persistenly low like <92% I would seek medical attention at that point.
